MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police are looking to find more information after a video surfaced of a man doing push-ups on top of a moving vehicle near 91st and Capitol.
Authorities say the video has been circulating online.
Milwaukee police said they are seeking individuals involved engaging in reckless behavior.
