Volunteers participate in clean up drive near 27th and Parnell

MILWAUKEE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Volunteers in Milwaukee participated in a Cleanliness Drive on Sunday, Oct. 13. 

The global nonprofit DSNDP undertook an Adopt-A-Highway cleanup drive in collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.

It took place near 27th and Parnell. 10 volunteers collected six bags of trash between 1.6 miles. DSNDP says it resulted in the collection of around 90 lbs. of waste.
