'Voyage into the Deep Sea' at the 531 Fund's 2nd annual Balloon Adventure

WILLIAMS BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's time for the second annual Balloon Adventure in William's Bay. For six more days, you can see 100,000 balloons turn the Boat Showroom at Pier 290 into an ocean of excitement.
This year's theme is Voyage into the Deep Sea. Sara Meyer tells a story with her balloon designs.
"The rave cave is one of my favorites. It’s all neon balloons, so it glows with the black light. We have a pirate ship, a mermaid area and then we have a dolphin disco which is where it ends and we have our dance party," said Meyer.
She had help bringing the event to life from 13 other balloon artists around the world. It's a party with a purpose, as 531 Fund hosts the event to support charities around Southern Wisconsin.
"This year, we partnered with Camp Timber-Lee which is a youth camp in East Troy. They have summer programs, and they do year-round camps," said Kimberly Voller, the executive director of the 531 Fund.
Balloon Adventure runs through March 16. Tickets purchased online are $5 off.
