Anyone looking for “specific guidelines” need not bother to read these. They offer nothing more than reworked descriptions of the business type, without any suggestions, restrictions or even remotely encouraging the use of masks, gloves, seating distancing, sanitizing, etc. It is disappointing for businesses looking to their state agencies for guidance in successfully reopening in the healthiest ways possible and to consumers who cannot confidently return to support their local businesses.
