WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Milwaukee man is dead after West Allis police say he was found lying in the roadway in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Beloit Road around 2:00 a.m. Monday.
Investigators say the 34-year-old man had injuries consistent with possible stab and gunshot wounds and despite lifesaving efforts, he died at the scene.

WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Allis Police are investigating a homicide near Lincoln Avenue and Beloit Road early Monday morning.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner says they were called to the scene overnight but it's unclear how the victim died.
Officers could be seen closing off part of the intersection while they investigated.
