West Bend woman arrested for OWI after blowing .28 following crash in Culvers parking lot

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Thursday afternoon around 4:45 p.m. an employee of Culvers in West Bend on Washington Street called police after a car hit a sign and retaining wall in the parking lot.

The responding officer identified the driver as a 57-year-old West Bernd woman who was drunk.

The woman failed a field sobriety test and blew .28 on the Breathalyzer, over three times more than the legal limit.

She was arrested for OWI and the woman was not injured.
