MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The holiday season offers an opportunity to support local artists by giving handmade gifts.
Jean Wells, a potter, and Mel Kolstad, a collage maker, joined us Thursday, Dec. 11 to talk about Wisconsin Craft, a statewide organization that connects people with local artists. Both are members of Wisconsin Craft.
Wells and Kolstad discussed their creative processes and how they approach their work, and the guests explained how giving handmade gifts makes the holidays special.
