MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- In states where you can register to vote on this Election Day, Wisconsin ranked third among the highest percentage of non-registered eligible voters in battleground states with 14.7%.
That is according to new data collected by the non-profit organization VoteAmerica.
CEO and founder of VoteAmerica, Debra Cleaver, joined CBS 58 Morning News to tell us more about her organization's program to educate unregistered voters.
