Here's a look at the first fall colors report generated from Travel Wisconsin. Most of
the viewing area is between 0%-25% to peak, which is no surprise. Typically, it is the mid and end of October before southern and southeastern Wisconsin hits peak colors.Northern Wisconsin is a different story. Depending on the weather pattern, it can be in mid-September or the end of the month. Vernon, Taylor, and Lincoln Counties in Wisconsin are the only spots in the orange shading meaning 25%-50% to peak. It will likely be a few more weeks before those colors really pop.
