Waukesha, WIS. (CBS 58) -- A judge decided not to lower the bail for a 23-year-old Pewaukee woman charged in a drunk driving crash that killed a single mom from Milwaukee.
Abby Dominski is accused of driving the wrong way down State Highway 164 in the Town of Lisbon after drinking at the Brewers Game and a bar.
She crashed into a car driven by 44-year-old Candace Franckowiak.
Dominski remains in jail on a 35,000 bond.
She'll return to court next month.
