Isolated storms continue this evening
Despite having a severe weather chance overnight, we were able to stay away from any warnings, and almost all of us missed a rain chance. Our rainy system still holds over us this morning, keeping us with an isolated chance through the afternoon.
High pressure is building into our west, and as it moves eastward it will help push the rain and clouds out bringing clear skies to finish the work week and more sunshine for the weekend. A cold front will then continue to drop in which will bring a wind chance with more of a northwest and north wind for later today and through tonight. As our wind changes, our temperatures will cool back into the 40s overnight.
By Saturday morning, our winds continue to move and will return out of the northeast, bringing in an onshore flow and we will be much cooler by the lake! Highs will only be in the 50s on the coast this weekend with 60s farther inland.
Late Sunday into Monday a south wind will return bringing in widespread 60s allowing for our next storm chance to build in.
