16-year-old girl stabbed after trying to break up fight between family members

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police were called for a stabbing Wednesday evening just before 7 p.m. near 42nd and Fond du Lac. Two family members were fighting and when a 16-year-old girl tried to intervene she was cut with a knife and needed stitches.
Police say the injury is non-life threatening.
A suspect was arrested and charges of battery and domestic violence are possible.
