2 Fox Point day care employees fired following 'incident' involving child, 1 arrested

FOX POINT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An incident involving a child is under investigation at a Fox Point day care. 

According to a new statement from River Point Nurturing Nook, two workers were fired over a recent incident. 

A day care official said the incident took place in a classroom, but did not share details. 

They tell us at least one of the workers was arrested. 

A statement said in part, "Our findings confirmed that actions by the two staff members did not align with our standards of care and commitment to child safety."
