2 more arrested in connection to Fox River Mall shooting

GRAND CHUTE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Two more people have been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting that took place at the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute on Jan. 31. 

Grand Chute Police Investigative Services Unit on Tuesday, Feb. 9, arrested Shirina Willis and Ralph W. P. Ellis without incident in Oshkosh. 

Police say the two were booked into the Outagamie County Jail on the recommended charge of harboring and aiding a felon. 

Dezman Ellis is accused of shooting and killing a 19-year-old at the Fox River Mall during an argument over a girl. Dezman Ellis fled to Iowa and arrested days later.
