MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as 20-year-old Ray-Quan Mcclain.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- According to the Milwaukee County Police Department, a 20-year-old has died after a fatal shooting that took place on Saturday, Sept. 23

The shooting took place near 8th and Reservoir, by Carver Park, around 7:00 p.m. The victim sustained a fatal gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The circumstances of the shooting are under investigation. Police say it appeared to be related to a physical fight that occurred prior to the shooting. 

Milwaukee Police continue to seek an unknown suspect.
