OAK CREEK, Wis. (CBS 58) — Milwaukee Area Technical College's Oak Creek Campus was placed on lockdown Wednesday night, according to an alert sent to students and staff.

The message instructed people on campus to lock all doors and windows immediately and remain in their current locations.

Officials have not yet released details about what prompted the lockdown.
