MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police have identified the man shot and killed Wednesday as 24-year-old Nathaniel Gary.
The shooting happened around 6:00 p.m. in the 3000 block of N. 40th Street. Police have a 23-year-old woman in custody.
The case is still under investigation.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that occurred on Wednesday in the 3000 block of N. 40th St.
The shooting happened around 6 pm. The victim in this homicide is a 24-year-old male.
