MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- "I am declaring you official graduates of Milwaukee Public Schools. Cheers."
Thousands of MPS students graduate this week. Rufus King High School held their ceremony Tuesday, May 31, where a whopping 25 students tied for valedictorian.
Among them was Renee Harris, who said sharing the valedictorian title was an honor.
"It's really cool because a lot of my good friends are also valedictorians, so then it's not only a thing we can do together, there's also not so much pressure on everyone," said Harris.
Harris plans to attend Penn State University in the fall to study actuarial science.
Congrats to all the 2022 graduates!
