MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Schools, businesses and events are closed because of the cold Tuesday. So what's a restless person to do when they aren't supposed to be outside for very long?
CBS 58's Bill Walsh tried a few cold weather experiments for a little fun in the frigid weather.
