68-year-old man injured in hit and run accident on Milwaukee’s south side

MILWAUKEE, WI (CBS 58) -- A 68-year-old man is in the hospital after he was the victim of a hit-and-run accident on Milwaukee’s south side Saturday evening.
According to the Milwaukee Police, the man was crossing the street at S 23rd and W Greenfield Avenue when he was struck by vehicle that did not stay at the scene of the accident.
The man was taken to a local hospital for he is being treated for the injuries sustained in the incident.
The investigation remains ongoing.
