MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Talk about your changeable forecast. Spring is the transition time of the year, and this weekend is prime example. Look for highs near 60 on Saturday but quickly falling into the 40s during the afternoon as winds switch to the northeast from the west. Gusts could go as high as 30 mph. Chance of showers and even a few storms throughout the day into the evening as well. Sunday features more of the same in terms of showers and storms, but a strong cold front will bring some wintry mix and flurries into the area by late Sunday night. Daytime highs will be in the 50s to low 60s. We could see a repeat performance on Wednesday as well with a completely different storm system before the weather quiets down again. Stay tuned!
Record warmth on Friday. Cooling off into next week for sure...

Temperature schematic for Saturday...

Slight risk of severe weather Sunday afternoon mainly well south of Milwaukee. Hail and gusty winds are the biggest threats.
