MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Chef Greg León has a lot on his plate these days, and they're all palatable things, including two James Beard nominations the past two years and a semifinalist placing this year.
He says his team, not just himself, has made all these successes possible. He's also appearing on Bravo's "Top Chef" this Wednesday as a guest judge.
Inside his Milwaukee restaurant, Amilinda, he's perfecting his new lunchtime menu, featuring a few fun sandwiches. But he says expect much more variety soon.
