MILWAUKEE (CBS 58)--Thank goodness for the little things. Like good timing with the Halloween weekend forecast. Major improvements are coming as we get into our Saturday. But, first things first. It looks like a soggy, windy on this Friday. Look for waves of rain showers with wind gusts from the north and east at 25 to 35 mph if not higher. And speaking of waves, we have a Gale Warning in place from 10 am until 10 pm Friday. Wave heights could be at least 8 to 10 feet.
Any showers should exit early Saturday. We'll keep some clouds around. Highs in the 50s. Highs again in the 50s on Sunday, but the breezes will increase during the day behind a cold front. By late in the day for all the trick-or-treaters, temps will be in the upper 40s. But the wind will make if feel colder. And then right on cue. For the first week of November, we're talking about highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s and 30s. We'll see a hard freeze many of the nights during the upcoming week.
