MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating an attempted robbery near 35th and Silver Spring Thursday evening.
According to police, a 21-year-old man tried to rob a 33-year-old man. The attempted robbery victim then shot the suspect. Police say the 33-year-old man has a concealed carry permit.
The suspect was taken to the hospital with a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The incident remains under investigation.
