Body found in Milwaukee River, death under investigation

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A body was recovered from the Milwaukee River on Tuesday, May 12 at around 7:10 a.m., according to the Milwaukee Police Department.
The body is unidentified, but police are investigating.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Fire Department says that a body was found Tuesday, May 12 in the Milwaukee River near Wright Street, and pronounced dead at the scene.
No details have yet been released, but MFD says the body was first spotted by a bystander.
The situation is being investigated by the Milwaukee Police Department and the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
