Bradford Beach's North Point parking lot to be closed March 11 - May 3

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Folks planning to usher in springtime at Bradford Beach should prepare for parking options, with one of the beach's most notable parking areas set to be unavailable for almost two months.

The North Point parking lot, adjacent to Bradford Beach, will be fully closed beginning Monday, March 11, lasting until Friday, May 3.

Milwaukee County Parks took to social media on Monday, March 4 to note that a revetment project in the lot will begin the week of Monday, but that the park will not be fully closed until the following week.

Alternate parking that is typically available, such as street parking along Lincoln Memorial Drive, has not been flagged by Milwaukee County Parks as being impacted by the activity at the North Point lot.
