Milwaukee Brewers postseason gear goes up for sale at Miller Park

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Brewers' fans can now buy new playoff merchandise at the team store located inside Miller Park.
The dorms Team Shop opened at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, so fans could by new, postseason gear.
One of the new postseason items is an exclusive shirt that says "Respect Milwaukee" that the team wore on the field Sunday, Sept. 27.
The store was open until 11 p.m. Sunday night, and officials say hundreds of fans dropped in to pick up new gear.
There is also an exclusive Clubhouse hat that's new. Officials say even though the Crew has a losing record this season, all that matters is that they got into the postseason.
“You saw Craig say it a lot last night and his comments I mean you’re in you’re in and it doesn’t matter how you get there and the fact that the club has qualified for the postseason three straight years which is the first time in club history. It’s really special and hard to do and once again once you’re in anything can happen,” Teddy Werner, senior vice president for brand experience said about the good news on Sunday.
Brewers fan Charlotte Cole was the first customer when the doors opened Monday morning. She said she is excited for the playoffs.
"As long as they are still in there so it’s still good for me. I like them. It don’t matter if they win or not, I don’t care I love them, but I hope they win,” Cole said.
If you don't want to go to the store, you can call and order items and the team will ship them to you.
Brewers officials say the team store will get more postseason merchandise later this week.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The Milwaukee Brewers secured a spot in the postseason on Sunday, September 27.
In celebration, the team store opened so fans could secure the latest postseason gear.
The store stayed open until 11 p.m. and will reopen on Monday, September 28 at 8 a.m.
Regular store hours will resume on Tuesday, September 29.
Postseason hats and t-shirts are available and new items will be arriving every day. The store is located at the Hot Corner entrance at Miller Park.
