MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- National Snack Month might be coming to an end, but when fresh cheese curds are made right in your backyard, it’s never a bad time to snack.

“Perfect snack foods: cheese curds,” said Bo Wills. “It's already in bite sizes for you, it's in a little bag for you, easy to grab and the perfect snack.”

Wills is the business manager of his family cheese shop and factory, Clock Shadow Creamery.

The factory is attached to a retail location in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood. You can always stop in for one of the freshest cheese curds you’ll ever have.

Clock Shadow Creamery is constantly working to keep business local. They use milk made at local farms, and they distribute their products to many local businesses.

Purple Door uses their Quark cheese in its Ice cream and Lakefront Brewery serves their cheddar in their popular cheese curds.

You can visit Clock Shadow Creamery Monday thru Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
