MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A $100,000 reward is encouraging tipsters to come forward but investigators still need your help solving Tay Jackson's homicide case.
Jackson was 20 years old when she was shot to death near Milwaukee's Moody Park. She was walking with a friend when two cars starting shooting at each other and one of the bullets hit Jackson.
She was an activist working for good in the community.
In October, attorney Michael Hupy and Milwaukee Crime Stoppers offered a $100,000 reward for anyone who came forward with information leading to her killer's arrest.
Anonymous tips have come in but the crime isn't solved.
