EAST TROY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Prairie Junction Toffee, a small business based in East Troy, has been selected to supply 900 specialty bags of toffee for the upcoming NFL Draft in Green Bay.
Co-owners Sarah and Bill Coulman joined us on Thursday, March 27 to talk about the announcement, as well as their business.
The company started in Dec. 2020 and operates out of a former family farm. It has partnered with several Wisconsin-based brands to create flavored varieties, including bourbon and rye whiskey toffees with Driftless Glen Distillery, root beer toffee with Sprecher and brandy old fashioned toffee with Drink Wisconsinbly.
