MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Team USA's gold medal match up against Canda was even better than advertised!
It took fighting for a lead and a bit of overtime, but in the end, the hometown crowd got what they wanted.
The gold medal has been secured and that's thanks to six current and former Wisconsin Badgers.
That includes Hilary Knight, who not only tied the game late in the third period, but in the process became the Olympic hockey scoring record-holder.
With the win, the US women's hockey team scores their second-straight gold medal.
