Police arrest suspect in fatal Racine shooting in Pennsylvania

NEW CASTLE, Penn. (CBS 58) -- Tracy Scott, a suspect identified in the homicide of 38-year-old Shawnte Hudson in Racine, has been arrested. 

The Racine Police Department says Scott was taken into custody by the US Marshals Service in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Racine police have developed a suspect in the homicide of a 38-year-old man.

Police say Shawnte Hudson was fatally shot on June 2, near 6th and Jones Streets. 

Authorities on Tuesday, June 6, identified the suspect as 61-year-old Tracy Scott. 

Anyone with information on Scott's whereabouts is urged to contact police.

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 38-year-old man has been left dead following an overnight shooting in Racine.

The Racine Police Department responded to a reported shooting near 6th and Jones St. around 1:12 a.m., officials reported to the press early Friday, June 2.

Police say they found the victim upon arrival, who had died from an apparent gunshot wound.

RPD says that they have identified a suspect, who currently is at large. An investigation is active and ongoing.
