Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Second Chance
KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The father of a Kenosha man shot and killed by Kenosha Police in 2004 spoke with CBS 58 on Wednesday, August 26.
Michael Bell Sr. says his son, Michael, was shot during an OWI stop back in 2004.
Bell Sr. spoke with CBS 58 about the parallels between the two cases, including how both men were shot in front of their family members. Bell Sr. also talked about a new bill that would establish a board like the NTSB to investigate the root cause of police shootings to make sure they don’t happen again.
