Four people have been arrested following the hit-and-run crash of a Milwaukee Police officer that happened Thursday, August 3. The crash injured the officer after he was thrown from his motorcycle near 27th and Clybourn.
During the incident two motorcycle officers were attempting to stop a vehicle acting suspiciously when a second vehicle hit the officer.
The second car that was involved that did not hit the officer was located around 6:20 PM Thursday evening after a pursuit that ended in the 2600 block of N. 28th Street. Police arrested four men after that chase including two 17-year-olds, a 19-year-old and a 21-year-old.
Police are still looking for the striking car which is believed to be a 2012-2017 Mazda CX-5 with Wisconsin license plate 511-RNY. If you see the car you are asked to call MPD at 414-935-7360.
