Milwaukee County Zoo previews spring break activities
Milwaukee Police have arrested the suspect and located the suspect’s vehicle from Thursday's hit-and-run crash on the northwest side that injured two Milwaukee Police Officers. The driver, an 18-year-old man, was arrested in the 5500 block of N. 37th Street for 2nd Degree Reckless Injury, 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Hit and Run (Great Bodily Harm), and Hit and Run (Injury).
The car was not stolen.
Three passengers inside the car were also arrested for Duty to Report-Accident (Passenger) and issued citations.
MPD will present the case against the driver in the coming days to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
The injured officers have been released from the hospital.
