WHITEFISH BAY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Argo has received formal approval to begin its redevelopment of the Fox Bay Theater in Whitefish Bay, transforming the site into a live event venue with a concert hall, bar and kitchen.

The announcement follows a multi-agency review and marks a major step in restoring the long-vacant building for modern use.

The project team shared its plans Wednesday, June 18 including the launch of a free summer and fall concert series at Ivanhoe Plaza. The series will feature local performers and is open to the public.
