Franklin Police Department FRANKLIN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Frankin Police Department is mourning the loss of one of their own.
Following a brief illness, K-9 Murphy has died.
According to the Franklin Police Department, Murphy served the community for more than six years, demonstrating unwavering dedication, loyalty, and courage.
Franklin police say, Murphy will be deeply missed by the department as well as his trusted partner, Sgt. Mackenzie Koster.
RIP, Murphy.
