Free yard waste bags available at several Milwaukee locations in effort to keep city clean

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Alderman Russell Stamper and his colleagues on Thursday, May 7, announced the city's yard waste bag distribution effort. The bags will be available at locations all over town.
People are encouraged to pick them up and keep their yards clean.
This is not related to the Milwaukee Department of Public Works' (DPW) newly proposed leaf collection policy.
