Friday night hit and run kills 55-year-old man at Capitol & Teutonia

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police report that a fatal hit-and-run accident took place at around 8:00 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 30 at the intersection of Capitol Dr. and Teutonia Ave. 

According to officials a 55-year-old man was walking in the area when he was struck by a vehicle, which fled the scene. 

Police say the victim was taken to the hospital and succumbed to his injuries at bout 10:45 p.m.
