GERMANTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The pen has been put to paper. Germantown senior Kamorea "KK" Arnold has signed her National Letter of Intent with the basketball powerhouse University of Connecticut.
She chose UConn over more than 30 offers from other schools.
Arnold is the 6th ranked player on ESPN's Top 100 and the highest ranked recruit in UConn's class. KK is also a two-time Wisconsin Gatorade Player of the Year and helped Germantown to their first girls' basketball state title in 2021.
Arnold averaged 24.8 points per game, 7.2 assists and 4.4 steals per game as a junior.
KK also has a gold medal under her belt, winning with the Team USA Under-16 Team in the FIBA Americas Championship in 2021.
