NORTH PRAIRIE, Wis. (CBS 58)-- Whether you’re thinking about remodeling or just need some design inspiration, you will likely leave the Tour of Remodeled Homes with some ideas.
The tour is hosted by the National Association of Remodeling Industry (NARI).
This year, there are 17 stops including 13 homes and four showrooms from the lakeshore to Lake Country.
“I tell everyone this is the ideas show. You can actually come to these homes and get ideas,” said David Hoffman, NARI member and owner of DSH Design LLC.
His home is one of the lived-in homes you can tour.
“It’s a larger home with a very traditional shape with some modern aesthetic. I kind of like that balance. I think it’s timeless. But also wanted to add some efficiencies to it,” said Hoffman.
The tour is free to visitors, but registration is required. The event runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
