Greenfield police searching for missing 74-year-old double leg amputee last seen Monday
Greenfield police GREENFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Greenfield police are looking for missing 74-year-old Mark Ziegler, who was last seen in person Nov. 5 and last in contact with family Nov. 10.
Ziegler was supposed to attend a dinner at The Cellar Pub and Grill in Oak Creek Tuesday, Nov. 11, around 5 p.m. but did not show. According to friends, this is unusual for him to miss without notification.
Ziegler's daughter-in-law states she went to his residence around 7 p.m. Nov. 11 to organize his medication and feed his cat, sending a text message that she was at the residence. Ziegler did not answer the text and did not return home while she was there. She assumed Ziegler was at dinner and did not know he didn't attend.
The next morning, after returning to check up on him, family members realized that he did not return home the previous night as his medication was untouched.
Zeigler is a white male, standing around five foot six inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds.
He has gray hair and blue eyes.
It is unknown what he was last seen wearing.
Ziegler is a double leg amputee and utilizes an electric scooter.
He operates a 2007 blue Chrysler with the license plate AUN9275 via hand control system. The car also has a "VIP" sticker above a Town and Country emblem on the tailgate.
