MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Former Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan learned her license to practice law will not be suspended. 

Dugan was convicted of felony obstruction in federal court for her role in an undocumented immigrant's attempt to elude ICE agents at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. 

Dugan was sentenced to time served plus a fine of $5,000. 

On Wednesday, Sept. 16, the Wisconsin Supreme Court denied a motion to have her law license suspended, ruling that a suspension is not warranted by the facts of the case. Two conservative justices dissented.
