Hearts and Tails event to showcase Valentine love at the Milwaukee County Zoo

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Zoological Society of Milwaukee is hosting an adult-only event on Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Milwaukee County Zoo.

Hearts and Tails will run from 6 to 9 p.m., offering dinner, dessert and a presentation about courtship behaviors in the animal kingdom.

Guests will learn how species attract mates through dances, scents, sounds and other behaviors, with a discussion led by a member of the zoo’s animal care team. The Apes of Africa and Primates of the World buildings will also be open, and volunteers will answer questions.

Tickets cost $65 for Zoo Pass members and $75 for non-members.
