Meet CBS 58’s Pet of the Week: Gravy
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- With Thursday being do or die time for the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 3 of their Wild Card Series, fans flocked to Bluemound Road near American Family Field ready to root for their home team.
You could feel the excitement from fans at Kelly's Bleachers. They were still reeling from Wednesday night's electric comeback, hoping the Brew Crew will secure another win.
“I think you’ve got to get on your feet, you’ve got to be as loud as you can," said Brewers fan Jay Blom. "We’ve got to cheer them on, we don’t have a great postseason record, so let’s continue to cheer on.”
Loyal fans arrived as early as 2 p.m. preparing for the make-or-break game.
Fans were feeling good and have complete confidence that their home team will advance to the next series.
"I’m feeling confident," said Brewers fan Jeff Nuese. "Tobias Myers, I think he’ll do it. We've got to get the bats going."
Fans said they loved Wednesday's game action, but they wouldn’t mind saving themselves the extra stress, rooting for a steady finish.
“I kind of like the action," said Brewers fan Jay Scholz. "I like the anxiety, the last game of the Wild Card is probably not where I want it though. Let’s save it for further down the series.”
Whether the fans are cheering from the bar or at the field, they have one message, and that's, "let's go, Brewers!"
