WHITEFISH BAY (CBS 58) -- What started as a twice weekly group wellness class for adults with special needs has turned into a 5-day week program, including a wide range of social, educational, recreational, and volunteer activities for those involved.
It's called "Wellness 360" and is a partnership between the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center for Inclusion & Special Needs and the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin.
To learn more about the first program of its kind in the North Shore, contact Sarah McCutcheon at 414-967-8198. There's a current waiting list.
