Kohl's doubles military discount to celebrate veterans, their families

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- To thank all active and former military personnel, veterans and their families, Kohl's is doubling its Military Monday discount for Veterans Day weekend. 

According to a news release, the 30% off in-store discount is double what Kohl’s offers year-round for Military Mondays, where all active and former military personnel, veterans and their families receive a 15 percent in-store discount.

Both discounts are valid in-store when customers show a valid Military ID, Military Dependent ID or Veteran ID at the point of purchase. 

Kohl’s is also offering all of its customers a number of great deals throughout Veterans Day weekend (Thursday - Monday). From Thursday, Nov. 7 through Monday, Nov. 11, Kohl’s will be offering new deals based on different themes and a customer-favorite $10 for $50 Kohl’s Cash — a value found only at Kohl’s.

In addition to the Veterans Day weekend discount and Military Mondays, Kohl’s support of military and their families is expressed in numerous ways throughout the company. Through Kohl’s volunteer program, Kohl’s associates volunteer at hundreds of events each year, and Kohl’s associates nationwide are also encouraged to join Kohl’s Veterans Business Resource Group (BRG), which recognizes and celebrates diverse perspectives and fosters an inclusive environment.
