It was another chilly start to the day with temps Thursday morning dropping into the 40s and low 50s. Definitely feeling like fall!
In Milwaukee, the low of 52 was a little colder than Wednesday morning and the first time the low has dropped under 55 degrees since June. It was 72 days ago since the low dropped into the upper 40s on June 11th.
Even though Thursday morning feels like fall by the afternoon it will feel more like the end of summer with high temps reaching the middle to upper 70s. We get back to average on Friday at 80 then continue to warm through the 80s with high temps peaking around 90 on Monday.
As the temps warm, the humidity levels will warm as well. Dew points will stay pleasant in the low 50s Thursday, but by Friday dinnertime you might feel the humidity then on Saturday the dew points increase all day with near tropical level humidity in place by Saturday evening and staying high for most of next week.
Download the CBS 58 Ready Weather app to see how long the warmth will last heading into September.
