BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Life Time is hosting a 90-minute charity workout to benefit Augie's Quest to Cure ALS and the Life Time Foundation in Brookfield on Thursday, Sept. 28.
The event aims to raise funds for the fight against ALS, a rapidly progressing disease affecting someone every 90 minutes.
Studio lead Christina Dreis joined us on Thursday, Sept. 19 to chat about it.
The workout begins at 9 a.m. and features three 30-minute classes: Sol Guided Vinyasa yoga, Alpha Conditioning and GTX. A $25 donation reserves a spot in the class, with all proceeds going to the two organizations.
Reservations are required, though the event is open to the public. For more information or to participate, visit GO90.lifetime.life.
