A breezy, mild weekend as we go spring ahead to Daylight Saving...
It's a new day, a new month and a new year, but the light snow chances keep going. We've now had four straight days with accumulating snow in Milwaukee. New Year's Eve on Wednesday saw another round of light snow with many locations picking up around a half inch of snowfall.
And more snow is on the way to kick off 2026. Once again, light snow will be possible from mid-morning through the late afternoon hours. This snow will be a little fluffier than what we saw on Wednesday thanks to the cold temps with highs on Thursday staying in the teens. The best timing from the snow will be from 10 AM to 4 PM.
With the fluffy nature of the snow, it could easily pile up and make roads snow covered and slippery. Around a half inch of accumulation once again looks possible with some seeing a little less and others a little more.
